Can I choose multi focal or bifocal lens option on line?
No - these lens designs require a more specialised approach than what can be achieved online, our qualified staff can set up your personal requirements for these lens designs in store.
If I have a high prescription, can I purchase from this range?
Yes - This selection covers lenses within a stock range of prescriptions and you will have upgrade options available if you prescription is outside this range.
Can I claim for these glasses through my Health Fund?
Yes - if your Health Fund covers your for Optical appliances then you can use your receipt to claim through your Fund or we can process your claim in store if you collect your new glasses in store.
How long does it take to manufacture my new glasses?
We expect to have your order ready in 7 to 10 days
Do both pairs of glasses have to be the same?
No - you can choose any 2 frames with your choice of lens options, or 1pr for Distance and 1pr for reading as an example.
If I am an existing client, is my prescription saved on file?
Yes
Can I use a prescription from another Optometrist?
Yes - you will have an option to enter your prescription into our system using our easy to follow instructions, or you can email your prescription to us and we can pre-populate your details into our system prior to you shopping on our website.
